By creating an account and using GilFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
GilFlow is a business and personal finance management platform that allows you to track income, expenses, and cash flow across multiple workspaces. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including if you sign in via a third-party provider such as Google. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
GilFlow offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Team subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not store your full payment card details — these are handled directly by Stripe.
You agree not to use GilFlow for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service.
Your use of GilFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with GilFlow are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GilFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. GilFlow is a tool to help you track your own financial records; it does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of California/US, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GilFlow will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and the financial transaction data you enter into the platform. If you sign in with Google, we only use your Google account to verify your email address — we do not access or store your name, profile photo, or any other Google profile information. We also collect usage data and technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
We use your information to provide and improve the GilFlow service, to communicate with you about your account, to send transactional emails such as account activation and password reset links, and to analyse usage patterns to enhance the product.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details — these are handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We retain billing history metadata (such as plan, amount, and date) associated with your account.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, our payment processor and email delivery provider), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
GilFlow uses cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and remember preferences such as your theme, currency display, and sidebar state. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly without them.
